At Nviewx, we aim to provide a reliable service and great customer experience. However, Subscriptions are digital products that become accessible immediately, so refund conditions apply as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- The service did not work at all after purchase.
- You contacted support and the issue could not be resolved.
- The request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Service was working but stopped due to ISP blocking.
- Customer changed their mind.
- Wrong device information provided.
- App or device incompatibility not caused by us.
- Failure to follow installation instructions.
- Customer used more than 1 hour of the service.
- Issues caused by third-party apps (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, etc).
3. Trial Policy
Trial accounts, if offered, are non-refundable and limited to one per customer.
4. Availability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Channel/provider changes
- VOD unavailable
- Customer internet speed
- ISP, VPN, or Firewall blocks
5. How to Request a Refund

Include:
- Order number
- Email used for purchase
- Description of issue
- Screenshots or video proof
We respond within 24–48 hours.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims.
7. Funds
You will get 50% of total amount.
